Terms and Conditions

Seller

This site is operated by JUZU SRL (hereinafter also referred to as 'JUZU', 'the Seller', or 'we'), located at Rue du Moulin Lampach 40, 6700 Arlon, Belgium, and registered under company number BE1003.081.156.

Application

These general terms and conditions apply to the website www.juzu.be. Any order placed by the client (hereinafter referred to as 'the Buyer' or 'you') via the website www.juzu.be will be considered an acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which are an integral part of the contract with the Buyer unless different conditions have been explicitly confirmed in writing by the Buyer.

Offers, Orders, and Agreements

Offers

All offers from JUZU are non-binding and may be revoked or modified. Information regarding products and prices, as well as order details, are subject to modifications and corrections. The duration of offers and promotions is limited to the available stock or until the expiration of the period mentioned on the site. If the period of an offer or promotion has expired, the Buyer can no longer claim that offer or promotion.

Orders

JUZU is bound by an order only after its written confirmation or as soon as the order begins to be executed by one of our employees. JUZU reserves the right to refuse orders or stipulate special conditions regarding the agreement. If an order cannot be accepted, or if JUZU wishes to stipulate special conditions regarding the agreement, JUZU will announce this within 30 days of receiving the order.

Agreement

An agreement is concluded when JUZU has confirmed your order in writing, either by postal mail or by e-mail.

Prices and Costs

The prices indicated on the site at the time of the order apply. All prices are in Euro (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. JUZU reserves the right to change product prices, especially when a legal pricing factor requires it. Depending on the order and delivery address, JUZU will charge the Buyer shipping costs accordingly. Shipping costs are clearly and separately indicated during the ordering process. Shipping costs indicated are also due if the order cannot be delivered or if an order is returned, partially or entirely.

Payment

The Buyer can pay for their order, including shipping costs, in various ways. JUZU reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. Ordered goods will not be shipped until all due amounts have been paid.

Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card, you give JUZU the right to verify, at the time of the order, whether your credit card is valid and if the spending limit is sufficient to withdraw the purchase amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped only to countries where delivery is accepted as mentioned on the site, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by JUZU. JUZU will deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible to the address provided by the Buyer, within the limits of available stock. All goods mentioned on the site are generally in stock. It is possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock. In the case of an order that cannot be shipped, partially or entirely, JUZU will inform you within 30 days of the order date. In this case, JUZU has the right to cancel the agreement without giving the Buyer the right to any claim or compensation. Incorrect delivery addresses are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and may result in additional shipping costs to be borne by the Buyer. Unless otherwise stipulated, prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping and delivery costs are clearly and separately indicated. The indicated delivery time is not binding; it is merely an approximate indication. No delay in delivery can lead to the cancellation of the agreement or the payment of compensation by the Buyer in favor of the Buyer, unless the delay was intentional. JUZU has the right to make partial deliveries. In case of non-delivery of goods, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, without interest or other compensation.

Ownership of Goods

Delivered goods remain the property of JUZU until full payment of the due amount, including all costs, obligations, reimbursements, and negligence interest. In case of non-payment, JUZU reserves the right to reclaim the ordered goods, automatically and at the expense of the Buyer.

Returns and Refunds

According to Belgian law (Distance Selling to Consumers: Law of July 14, 1991), the Buyer has the right to notify JUZU that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, without paying a penalty and without reason within fourteen (14) working days following the day of delivery. If the Buyer exercises this option, they must return the goods at their own risk and expense in their original condition and packaging to JUZU, Rue du Moulin Lampach 40, 6700 Arlon, Belgium. This applies only to unopened, undamaged goods in their original packaging. The costs and risks of returning goods are borne by the Buyer. We ask you to sufficiently affix postage to the return shipment. If we receive an unpaid return, we will charge you our additional costs. If necessary, we will deduct this cost from an amount still owed to you. JUZU will refund the amounts already paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the return. The charged shipping costs and reimbursement fees will be added.

Complaints

In case of a complaint for non-compliance or incorrect delivery, these complaints must be submitted to JUZU within eight (8) days following the delivery date to be eligible. In the case of hidden defects, complaints must be submitted in writing within eight (8) days after discovering the defect or after the moment when this discovery should have reasonably been made. Acceptance of goods by the Buyer covers any possible defect, non-compliance, or delivery error that could have been recorded.

Force Majeure

JUZU is not responsible for a delay in execution or non-performance of its commitments due to events beyond its normal control, including but not limited to production interruptions, supply difficulties or shortages of resources, labor, energy, or transportation, or transportation delays, strikes, lockouts, work interruptions, or other collective labor disputes, whether concerning JUZU or JUZU's subcontractors, even if these events are foreseeable. Other circumstances can be considered force majeure, such as war, fire, floods, accidents, and any government intervention in economic, financial, customs, and monetary matters. These cases are cited as examples and are in no way restrictive.

Identifiable Personal Information

By placing an order on JUZU's website, the Buyer explicitly allows the processing and use of their identifiable personal information for purposes such as customer administration, order management, deliveries, invoices, credit tracking, marketing, and advertising. The processing of identifiable personal information for marketing and individualized advertising purposes is carried out as indicated in our Privacy Policy.

Proof

JUZU and the Buyer accept the use of electronic evidence in their relationships, such as emails, electronic files, or backups.

Miscellaneous

If one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with JUZU are declared null or contrary to any applicable legal provision, this nullity will not affect the validity of other articles. JUZU will replace the concerned stipulation with a new, legally acceptable similar stipulation. JUZU reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those published on the website at the time of the agreement. The Buyer can print them before or during the ordering process.

Applicable Law

The General Terms and Conditions and all agreements concluded with JUZU are governed and interpreted according to Belgian law, and the Buyer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arlon.
